My stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel, London Marble Arch was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was fantastic, right near Hyde Park and the shops, making it convenient for exploring the city. However, the room left much to be desired—small, dated, and desperately needing a refresh. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, but with a price tag nearing £900 for two nights, I expected a better experience overall.

The room was quite small and needed refurbishment. although the cleanliness was up to standard. It felt more tired than what I'd hoped.

Breakfast had its moments. The hot buffet was enjoyable with good quality items, though I found the poached eggs not fully cooked on one occasion.

The hotel had some good amenities, but the lift was less than impressive, sometimes taking me to random floors. It certainly needs an upgrade.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at Radisson Blu Hotel, London Marble Arch. The location near Oxford Street was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. However, I faced significant issues with room assignments and communication from the staff, which was frustrating. While some of the staff were helpful and the breakfast had good options, overall, my experience was marred by the inadequate handling of my reservation and poor room conditions.

Breakfast was decent, but I felt it lacked more vegetarian choices. Some of the items, like the smoked salmon, were enjoyable, but overall, the dining options could use improvement.

The hotel had basic facilities, but I was disappointed by the lack of a proper bar area, as it was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Additionally, the construction noise from outside was a drawback.

I really wanted to enjoy my stay at Radisson Blu Hotel, but it fell short in a few areas. The location near major attractions was fantastic, making it easy to explore. However, the room was disappointingly small, especially with two suitcases. While the breakfast was decent, I expected more variety and better dining options given the price I paid.

Rooms
5.0
My room was cramped and poorly designed, with hardly any space to move around. It felt more like a closet with a bed.
Service
6.0
The staff were polite and eager to help, but I felt they were limited by the hotel's constraints rather than empowered to truly assist.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was spot on, just a short walk from Oxford Street and close to the tube station, which made my sightseeing a breeze.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast had a good selection, but the dinner options were limited and didn’t match the high pricing; I ended up skipping dinner at the hotel.
Facilities

Wi-Fi was reliable and the in-room amenities were decent, but overall, the hotel felt dated and in need of a refresh.

The overall ambiance left a bit to be desired, especially considering the room size and the breakfast experience.
